How do I know if therapy is right for me?
Deciding to engage in therapy is a personal decision that depends on various factors such as your goals and needs. Therapy could be beneficial for you if you are motivated to make changes to any of the following: emotional distress, difficulty coping, relationship challenges, Low self-esteem, unresolved trauma, behavioral patterns or habits, feeling stuck or overwhelmed, or seeking personal growth.
What types of Therapy do you offer?
I offer several different psychotherapy modalities, including but not limited to Brain Spotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solutions Focused Therapy (SFT).
Do you offer telehealth/ virtual sessions?
Yes, I offer telehealth sessions. Virtual sessions can be booked through the patient portal and conducted via the patient portal or Google Meets. Both the patient portal and Google Meets are HIPPA compliant.

How much does therapy cost, and do you accept Insurance?
Yes! I am currently credentialed with Cigna, Anthem EAP, Carelon Behavioral Health, Ascension (SmartHealth), Aetna, and Quest Behavioral Health.
I am also in the process of becoming credentialed with Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City, Oxford (Optum), Oscar (Optum), United Healthcare (Optum), Healthy Blue Kansas (Kansas Medicaid), Sunflower State Health Plan (Kansas Medicaid), and United Healthcare Community Plan (Kansas Medicaid).
My private pay rate is $150 per session, and I offer a limited number of sliding scale sessions ranging from $80 to $120 per session.
